Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 17:00, Friday 9:00 to 15:00. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Do you deliver across Lebanon?
Yes, delivery to all regions within 1 to 3 working days.
How can I pay?
By Wish transfer to 79100848 with your order number, or cash at the shop. Companies and institutions can pay against invoice.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are in USD; 11% VAT is added at checkout.
Are the products original with warranty?
Yes, all products are original with the distributor or shop warranty depending on the product.
How do I book a repair?
On the Repairs page choose the device, problem, day and time, at the shop or a technician visit. We diagnose and tell you the cost before any repair.
How do I track my repair?
On the Track page enter your receipt number (e.g. R-1001) and the last 4 digits of your phone. You can approve the cost on the same page.
Do you offer discounts for institutions?
Yes. NGOs, hospitals, schools, universities and companies get an instant discount with an institution account, and annual maintenance contracts with an extra discount.
Do you install fiber internet in Furn el Chebbak?
Yes. With our partner SME we arrange fiber or DSL subscriptions including installation, router and Wi-Fi setup. Fiber is available in Furn el Chebbak, Greater Beirut and Mount Lebanon.
